Johan is a Senior Engineer (CPEng, CMEngNZ) at Mitton ElectroNet Ltd, with over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, design, and earth testing. Recently appointed as Power Utilities Team Leader within the Electrical Safety Team, Johan leads and coordinates New Zealand’s earth system testing programmes, delivering on-site earth system injection testing while maintaining and growing trusted client relationships across the power industry.
Johan has successfully completed earth testing at more than 140 sites across New Zealand for key clients and brings extensive technical expertise in Earth System Design & Testing, Lightning Shielding, and Earth Potential Rise (EPR) Assessments.
