Bryan is a North American leader in the specialist electrical engineering fields of substation grounding, substation lightning protection, power line grounding, power line lightning protection, and electromagnetic induction. Throughout his career, Bryan has been an active contributor in many industry standards and working groups; managed the risks associated with worker safety through electrical design; directed standards and system improvements to increase system lightning performance to elevate a transmission utility to be a top decile performer against its peers; and worked with project teams and landowners to address induced voltages and concerns. Bryan joined Safearth early in 2021 as a Principal Engineer for Safearth Americas. His expertise covers design, testing, and audit for electrical utilities and industrial customers.
