Philip is a Principal Consultant at Mitton ElectroNet Ltd, with over 30 years experience in the power industry. Philip has extensive experience in the testing and design fields of earthing, lightning protection and substation design.
Over the last 30 years Philip has developed technical expertise in the subject of earthing (electrical) safety, induction (low frequency induction, LFI) and EMF within the power system, from the areas of both practical (on-site testing) and modelling.
Philip has conducted earthing reviews, site testing, and provided earthing designs for a number of power utilities in New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, Fiji, Samoa, USA, Indonesia, and the UK.
