Michael is a Senior Engineer within the Ausgrid Design team based in Newcastle. He has over 25 yearsโ experience in Earthing System design and testing and now leads the team which manages Ausgridโs Earthing related risk. He has been involved in Earthing Design, Construction, Maintenance, Testing and Decommissioning across all the Ausgrid franchise areas and asset classes. Since the publication of ENA EG(0) he has supported the development and implementation of risk-based safety criteria in Ausgrids earthing system processes.
