Bill Schlesinger has been working for nVent ERICO for 36 years as an electrical engineer in the field of surge protection, lightning protection & earthing. His experience includes research and development, new product development, application engineering, technical sales, and consulting in many countries. After several roles for ERICO in Europe and Asia, Bill now resides in his hometown of Hobart and is a member of the Australian Standards Lightning Protection committee EL024, responsible for producing the Australian Standard for Lightning and Surge Protection, AS 1768.
