Ben McMurray is a professional engineer with seven years of experience in utility and earthing design. His involvement in earthing began during his university studies, where he completed a final-year project on multi-layer soil resistivity modelling. He continued developing this expertise in his early career with an ASP3 utility design company, contributing to distribution earthing and conducting earthing assessments for transmission projects across NSW and WA. Since then, Ben has advanced his career with specialist earthing consultancies, gaining broad exposure to both earthing and lightning protection across the power, rail, and mining sectors.
